Terms and conditions

Summary of Resin Bound Gravel Installation Terms and Conditions:

1. No dry turning wheels on surface: The customer agrees not to dry turn any wheels on the resin bound gravel surface as it can cause damage.

2. Limited access during and after installation: The customer acknowledges that during and after the installation of the resin bound gravel, there may be limited access to the area due to safety reasons. The customer agrees to cooperate with the installer during this time.

3. Responsibility of installation passes to customer: Once the installation is complete, the responsibility for any damage, maintenance or repair of the resin bound gravel surface will pass directly to the customer.

4. Termination joint may be used: In the event of unforeseen problems during the installation process, the installer may use a termination joint at their discretion. The customer acknowledges that this may be necessary and agrees to cooperate with the installer in this regard.

Terms and conditions, the customer accepts the responsibilities and limitations set forth herein and acknowledges their understanding of the potential risks involved in the installation of the resin bound gravel surface.
